We can not guarantee to have the exact same item in stock to send a new one, howewer a store credit can be issued. The store credit for sale items needs to be used in 1 order and is valid for 3 months.

Sales items do not come with boxes but are dispatches safely. Make sure you pack your return orders safely. When buying sales items there will be an option to get it packed for a certain amount extra. In that case the item will come with an packaging, for example a box or a pounch, depending on the item.
