I have not received my confirmation e-mail?

Payment shows as processed from the bank but i have not received an e-mail?

Do not panic! This does tend to happen when details on the order do not quite match up with your registered card payment details.

I.e. the billing address  not matching the address on the card used for payment: 

 

If you have not received a confirmation e-mail with an order number, but have a pending transaction payment,  this will be held by your bank and will be reversed back into your account within 24-48 hrs / 2 business days.

 

How do i track my order?

Once your order is processed and shipped, you will receive an e-mail with your tracking details: This way you can check its progress as it gets closer to you.

What size bangle will i need?

We offer a range of bangle sizes from small to large 2.4, 2.6, 2.8 and 2.10.

We also offer a limited variety in 2.2 qnd 2.12.

How will i know what the set will look like on me?

All our items are photographed using the most natural lightening possible, you can also view more information about the set in the description on the website.
